Oak Crest Residence is the heart and soul of our campus. The historic building is the foundation of our organization. Charm and character emanate from every part of the beautiful structure. Built in 1904 for the purpose it continues to serve, Oak Crest Residence has the designation “assisted living” in the continuum of care.
